Five apple varieties thus far, all organically grown, with 4 more planned varieties coming in 2027. All of our apple varieties are for fresh eating. Each apple is crisp and full of flavor.
Wild European elderberry is along the natural drainage area in between our apple rows. We have a few variety of Pawpaw trees growing as a trial.
No synthetic sprays.
No spreadsheets.
We organically grow our produce. That means no synthetic sprays, no fungicides, no glyphosate at the fence line. We hand-thin the bloom in May. We mow under the trees instead of spraying.
Some years we lose a third of the crop to a late frost or scab. We don't make that up by spraying our way out of it. We just send a smaller crate.
