We don't run a calendar — we run an orchard. The fruit tells us when. We pick by hand, in the cool of the morning, and pack the same day.

No cold storage. No distribution warehouse. Your crate is packed and shipped the week it was picked.

Our elderberry syrup is cooked in small batches with raw honey, ginger, clove, and lemon. No corn syrup, no shelf-stabilizers, no nonsense. Refrigerate after opening; finish within six weeks.
